Hapka Chiropractic Fees
Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other offices in the area. Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we'll explain what we've found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.
What about insurance?
When you give us your insurance card we will call to check your benefits/chiropractic coverage as soon as possible at no charge. Please remember that verification is a summary of benefits and is not a guarantee of payment. We will notify you of your coverage and potential fees prior to rendering services.
We are "in-network" with a majority of carriers. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all claims to your insurance company.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks, and Cash. We also offer gift cards that are good for all services and products sold.
